My Story
I have always felt passionate about helping others. As a teen and young adult I volunteered with middle school teens being a mentor. I wanted to help give practical tools and advice which inspired me to pursue a degree in counseling. After graduating with my MA, I began working in children's mental health and found a passion with not only helping children and teens but also parents. After working in a group practice I have found enjoyment working with adults in many capacities. Including working with both males and females with post partum anxiety and depression. Through my experience I have found purpose in helping others reach their goals. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, kids and our German Shepard mix. I enjoy exercise whether it be CrossFit, running or weight training.
